How does mobile car detailing work?+
We bring the entire detail shop to wherever your car is parked. Our rig carries all of our equipment, products, water, and power. You tell us your location in Baltimore or Towson and pick a time, and we handle the rest. No hose, outlet, or prep work needed on your end.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?+
No. Our mobile rig is fully self-contained, with its own water tank and onboard power. You don't need a spigot, an outdoor outlet, or anything else. We just need access to the vehicle and a reasonable space to work.
Do you really do ceramic coating & paint correction mobile?+
Yes. We're one of the only mobile detailers in the Baltimore area doing
ceramic coating and
paint correction on-site at your home or office. Most shops insist these have to be done indoors. We've built our process around doing them right in your driveway.
What's the difference between a car wash and a full detail?+
A car wash takes loose dirt off the surface and the car stays clean for a day or two. A full detail goes deeper: clay-bar decontamination to pull bonded grime out of the paint, a careful hand wash, interior shampoo and extraction, and a wax or sealant for protection. See

How often should I get my car detailed?+
For most drivers here, a full detail every three to six months keeps a car in good shape, with lighter maintenance washes in between. Daily drivers, pet owners, and anyone parked outside through our salty winters do better at the shorter end. A
monthly maintenance plan handles the in-between washes for you.
Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?+
Usually, yes. A coating is effectively permanent for its lifespan, so it seals in whatever condition the paint is in. Removing swirls and scratches with
paint correction first means the
coating goes over clean, glossy paint instead of locking flaws in.
How much does mobile car detailing cost in Baltimore?+

How long does a detail take?+
Bronze runs 1–2 hours, Silver 2–4 hours, and Gold 4–6 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. Ceramic coating and paint correction are scheduled separately and may take a full day.
Do I need to be home during the detail?+
No. Just give us access to the vehicle and a reasonable outdoor space. Plenty of clients are at work or inside their home while we detail. We don't need supervision.
What happens if it rains on my appointment?+
We monitor the forecast and will reschedule at no charge if the weather won't allow a quality detail. Covered parking, garages, and carports let us work in almost any conditions.
Can you detail my car at an apartment or condo?+
Yes. We regularly detail at apartment complexes, condo lots, and parking garages across Baltimore and Towson. Because we're fully self-contained, all we need is a parking space and clearance from your property. We'll help you sort out the logistics.
Will my HOA or building have a problem with it?+
Rarely. We bring our own water with reclamation and run quietly off our own power, so we're far less disruptive than a typical wash. If your HOA or building has specific rules, let us know and we'll work within them. A designated guest spot or garage level usually does the trick.
Can you remove pet hair & odors?+
Absolutely. Pet hair removal and odor elimination are part of our deeper packages. We use specialized tools to lift embedded hair and treat odors at the source with steam, extraction, and ozone treatment rather than just masking them.
Do you offer monthly maintenance plans?+
Yes. Our
monthly maintenance plans keep your car in just-detailed condition year round with recurring visits at a discounted rate. They're popular with busy professionals and families across Baltimore and Towson.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Life happens. Give us as much notice as you can and we'll reschedule at no charge. We just ask for reasonable notice, usually 24 hours, so we can offer the slot to another client.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as common digital payments. You'll get a clear quote up front and pay once the detail is complete. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?+
Yes. If you're not happy with the result, we come back and make it right at no extra charge. We'd rather win you over with the finished car than with a sales pitch.
